Some products may be in stock. Other products may be made-to-order, special-order, custom, pre-sale, oversized, fragile, or require additional preparation time.

Product availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Aorvo.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, change product details, or remove products from the store at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer an alternative product, adjusted timeline, partial shipment, delayed shipment, cancellation, or refund where applicable.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping timelines, processing times, transit times, freight schedules, final-mile delivery windows, and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Large, fragile, oversized, made-to-order, custom, special-order, pre-sale, freight-shipped, or multi-item orders may require additional processing, production, preparation, inspection, packing, freight scheduling, or final-mile delivery coordination.

Aorvo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight providers, customs, weather, natural events, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, payment verification, supplier delays, production delays, force majeure events, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Standard delivery does not include installation, assembly, electrical work, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, room-of-choice placement, in-home placement, unpacking, packaging removal, moving items upstairs, old item removal, debris removal, contractor services, site measurement, or project management unless expressly confirmed by Aorvo in writing.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Items must meet the return eligibility requirements stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Some products may be final sale, non-returnable, or subject to different cancellation or return conditions, including custom, made-to-order, special-order, oversized, fragile, installed, assembled, used, modified, altered, damaged-after-delivery, freight-shipped, or already-shipped items.

Do not send returns, exchanges, damaged items, replacement parts, or packages to Aorvo’s business mailing address unless Aorvo has provided written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

11. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Aorvo within the timeframe stated in the applicable policy.

Please include your order number, product name, clear photos or videos of the issue, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the inner packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Please keep all original packaging, including boxes, foam, pallets, crates, labels, and protective materials, until the issue is resolved.

Failure to report an issue within the required timeframe or failure to keep packaging may limit available support options.

12. Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by our Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage, if applicable, may vary by product and issue type.

Warranty support does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, misuse, modification, improper cleaning, water exposure, outdoor use of indoor-rated products, moving damage, storage damage, customer handling, normal wear and tear, incompatible bulbs or dimmers, unsuitable mounting surfaces, improper structural support, or failure to follow product instructions.

13. Installation and Assembly

Some lighting and furniture products may require assembly or installation.

For hardwired lighting products, professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended.

Aorvo does not provide electrical installation, wiring services, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, contractor services, site measurement, local code review, assembly services, room-of-choice delivery, or packaging removal unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Customers are responsible for confirming that walls, ceilings, floors, junction boxes, mounting surfaces, electrical systems, bulbs, dimmers, structures, and installation locations are suitable for the product.

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, incompatible bulbs or dimmers, incorrect assembly, unsuitable mounting surfaces, modification, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

14. Materials and Care

Care requirements may vary by product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product-specific materials, finishes, care instructions, assembly requirements, installation requirements, and indoor or outdoor suitability before use.

Natural material variation, wood grain, stone veining, glass texture, metal patina, fabric tone, woven texture, finish depth, and slight color variation may occur and are not considered defects unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or workmanship issue.

Damage caused by improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, abrasive tools, excessive moisture, standing water, direct heat, prolonged sunlight, outdoor use of indoor-rated items, modification, misuse, moving, storage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

15. Custom Orders

Custom-order requests are reviewed case by case.

Availability depends on the product, requested changes, quantity, production feasibility, timeline, shipping method, and delivery location.

Submitting a custom-order request does not guarantee that a request can be accepted, produced, modified, priced, or delivered by a specific date.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, final-sale, installed, assembled, used, modified, or altered items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Custom availability, pricing, lead time, shipping method, cancellation terms, and return eligibility must be confirmed in writing by Aorvo.

16. Bulk Orders

Bulk-order requests are reviewed case by case.

Availability, pricing, lead time, shipping method, and order conditions depend on product type, quantity, stock status, delivery location, timeline, and project requirements.

Aorvo does not guarantee automatic bulk discounts, wholesale pricing, fixed discount percentages, tax exemption, priority production, shipment holding, order consolidation, palletization, or product availability unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Bulk orders may ship together, separately, or in multiple shipments depending on item size, weight, quantity, stock location, shipping method, and delivery address.

Aorvo may review trade and project inquiries for lighting, furniture, bulk orders, custom-order review, and project-based sourcing.

Submitting a trade inquiry does not guarantee approval, special pricing, trade discounts, tax exemption, dedicated account support, priority production, custom production, product availability, or project support.

Each request is reviewed individually based on product availability, quantity, timeline, delivery location, item size, customization needs, and project requirements.
