Assembly & Installation Guidance for Aorvo Lighting & Furniture
Some Aorvo products require assembly, installation, professional handling, or special preparation after delivery. This guide provides general guidance on installation and assembly, service boundaries, and customer support options. It does not replace the product page, product manual, manufacturer instructions, licensed electrician guidance, or local code requirements.
Product Instructions Come First
Installation and assembly requirements may vary by product. Before placing an order or beginning installation, please review the product page for dimensions, materials, finish, weight, assembly and installation requirements, bulb compatibility, mounting requirements, indoor or outdoor suitability, lead time, care instructions, return eligibility, and warranty coverage.
If your product includes a printed manual, PDF instruction sheet, hardware list, or diagram, follow the product-specific instructions first. Where product-specific instructions differ from this guide, the product-specific instructions take precedence.
Before You Begin
Before beginning installation or assembly, we recommend the following steps to protect your product and ensure a smooth process:
- Inspect the package before opening and photograph any visible shipping damage
- Open the package carefully and keep all original packaging
- Confirm all parts, hardware, glass, shades, crystals, and accessories are present
- Review product-specific instructions before proceeding
- Measure the intended space and confirm surface, ceiling, or wall suitability
- Confirm electrical compatibility, bulb type, and wattage limits for lighting products
- Confirm indoor or outdoor suitability as stated on the product page
- Arrange professional help if needed
If anything appears incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or unsafe, stop and contact Aorvo before proceeding.
Lighting Installation
Aorvo’s lighting range includes chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, ceiling lights, table lamps, and other indoor lighting fixtures. For hardwired lighting products, professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended.
Before installation, confirm that the product is suitable for the intended location, ceiling height, wall structure, junction box, electrical system, mounting surface, bulb type, dimmer compatibility, and indoor or outdoor use conditions.
Aorvo does not provide electrical installation, wiring services, ceiling or wall mounting, contractor services, site measurement, or local code review unless expressly confirmed in writing. Do not install, wire, or modify a lighting product if you are unsure about electrical safety, structural support, compatibility, or local code requirements.
Furniture Assembly
Some furniture items require assembly. Please follow the instructions included with the product. Confirm all parts are present before beginning. Use the correct tools and hardware provided. Do not overtighten fasteners or force components together.
Standard delivery does not include furniture assembly, in-home placement, room-of-choice delivery, or packaging removal unless clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Warranty & Installation
Warranty coverage may be limited or denied if the issue is caused by improper installation, incorrect assembly, incorrect wiring, incompatible bulbs or dimmers, overloading, modification, or installation that does not follow applicable instructions or electrical standards.
